Have you tried this with the rel07 update? I'm going to try it tonight, ill update this post to let you guys know how it goes.

I installed REL07. So far everything works.

I installed it too. Netflix and the sorts dont work because of the region, I have yet to try out primetime with my localtv listings. But so far the rest works!

i also want to try the us firmware because i can't use any fun software at all
i life in the Netherlands and all the fun apps like vudu/netflix/primetime are disabled in our region

would it help for me to flash the us firmware so i can use those apps?

The link only has Rel 06. Can someone please provide Rel 08
