Exciting, but I didn't see any mention of the Co-Star. Any word on progress with root? I haven't seen much mention of root for Co-Star at all.

This custom recovery (with a few tweaks) should work on the Co-Star fine. It's just easier for me to develop on a Sony, as that's the box that I have wired up to a flash programmer to fix bricks!

Gonna take more than that to make primetime work outside US. How do you know Google is even keeping any Canadian channels in their database?

I am looking forward for this exploit too for my Sony NSZ-GS7 and unleash the true power which has been crippled by the original software from Sony.
