Hi, I have a 1TB Seagate external hdd, formatted NTFS. Whenever I plug it in, however, the Revue will recognize it and act as if it is scanning the media and everything seems fine (no error messages or anything), but within a minute or two I ALWAYS get just a blank screen. Everything becomes unresponsive, and the only thing I can do is CTRL ALT DEL or unplug the revue. This happens no matter what, even if I have been using the revue for hours, then plug the HDD in after all that time.
To make things even weirder, this is actually the second drive I tried. The first one I exchanged because I thought it was a problem with the drive but the new one does the exact same thing.
Does anyone have any idea what would cause a problem like this? This is really strange because it doesn't give me a "force close" or any kind of error, it just goes blank.
