Non-English characters ?

One thing I had problem with original 2.1 Revue is that there was no way to enter non-English characters 
And no way to add extra language/keyboard in Settings. I even tried Android GoogleTV controller application from market, and while working fine and controlling Revue, I still wasnt able to use Russian in youtube search.
How about that in HC 3.1 ?
