Unrooted, can't update

So I decided that Hulu wasn't worth not having Play movies and the updated Youtube app, so I unrooted. I am on the 2012.01.26 build, and the next update shows in settings, but never seems to download. I am still getting the GTVHacker splash screen on boot, so I am thinking I may still have a custom bootloader or recovery running that would deter me from installing OTA updates.
Any ideas?
