In many failed attemps to get these stupid system apps to update (along with google play) I force stopped the my appps application via manage apps in settings. Most of you know there are 2 different "my apps"one in the system and one in the market. I sideloaded the system panal app to do my gtv thing and mess around with stuff, but that was always the way I accessed the systems "my apps" app and try to update the system apps or unistall..... since the market won't be available till further notice. It seems once that app is force stopped it does not reopen on reboot like it would be thought, and without it apps dloaded from the web will not install... so my question is, is there a way to get that back up without doing a 5th factory reset on my mission to get this nonsense updated????
