The string "dd if=system/boot/recovery.img bs=1408 skip=1 > recovery-ungarbaged.img" Where do I put it ?

My problem is that the system will not start (on boot out danger signal).

I have already tried to restore update.zip

That won't work on the honeycomb builds. The recovery.img is obfuscated or encrypted.

Your best bet is to go back into recovery, wipe the device, and try to run the update.zip again.
