recovery_un-neuter.zip?

Hey, all -
This may not be the right place, but I'm looking for a copy of recovery_un-neuter.zip (from this thread: http://forum.gtvhacker.com/revue/topic254.html)so that I can updated to the final 3.1 release. OTA is not working for me, so maybe I'm just screwed, but I'm looking for options right now. Going in to Settings and checking for updates manually results in a force close, and as is my revue is gimped.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
