hey i can't get to the recovery menu on my 3.1 (forced updated) revue dose anyone have any hints?

What method are you using?

the standard alt L and function left arrow neither work

I was having what I assume were driver issues with the keyboard before it booted the os. I had good luck using a logitech usb keyboard to get it to work. That was using alt L . Worth a try.

i don't have a usb keyboard

3.1 user has no recovery menu, Logitech removed it and replaced it with a message:

Well then how the hell are we supposed to re-flash the device?!?!?!?

You can't. I know, its a horribly stupid move. We got a mention, but at what cost? I'd rather a working recovery.

There is one way, using what we call "Flash Sabotage" (see: http://forum.gtvhacker.com/troubleshoot ... ic404.html )

Essentially, you can install an update after the fact, by replacing the onboard cache drive, but its a royal pain to do.

Thats just wrong.
