Very smooth. I like it much better than the stock launcher. BTW, Launcher pro is available from the market inside gtv and works well too.

I have had launcher Pro, ADW, dxTop Pro all installed, i just don't like the dock on the side of the screen,so i usually just uninstall them...

Is it just the camera or is the background really low res? It would kinda make sense with the OS designed for a phone or small tablet I guess.
