I downloaded the first honeycomb beta so I could install the second but when I'm installing the first beta I get

Locating update.zip
Opening update.zip
Verifying update.zip
E:/ signature failed
Update aborted


That's from memory so there might be a few mistakes but I don't think so. I am on a Mac I changed name to update and compressed to zip. Help!!!

I would suggest starting from the beginning again.
Other forum members had the same problem in the beginning, make sure you reformat your usb,try using a different program than the one you used the first time.
Make sure the file is named "update.zip" not "update.zip.zip" i had that problem myself.
The original files are in the community dropbox,they worked for other members.

I also forgot to mention, make sure you are using the right update.
Some people had tried to install the second update first,so take your time and make sure you are doing everything right...

Hi i got the same error and this time i used windows. When i downloaded the file it came as a rar. I made it into zip but it still had the rar image for the icon, not sure if that meant anything.

i reread the instructions and noticed it said put in root of usb. How do i do that
