Has anyone played around with Plex to see if video can be enable? This was one of the apps that I was most looking forward to using.

Also, has anyone tried an alternative browser like Dolphin or Skyfire?
Nope I posted that I had tried Dolphin and it doesn't work. Not setup for landscape mode.

OK I figured out that Astro file manager can back up apks for easy extraction. That being said, here is what I have tested.

3.0 Calender = NO
3.0 CNBC RT = YES
3.0 Weatherbug (regular works too) = YES
3.0 TweetComb = YES (cannot see the whole screen)
3.0 CNN Mobile = YES (cannot see the whole screen, but you can move it around to view)
Documents to go = YES
LinPack = YES (mine scored 4.348 single thread... LOL)
LogMeIn Ignition = NO (almost..... FC when bringing up a new desktop)
3.0 News 360 = YES (works really good!!)
Soundcloud = YES
3.0 Gmail = NO
3.0 Email = NO
3.0 Music = YES (however, I can still not sync my online library despite authorizing it)

Someone should try to extract File Manager HD from a HC tablet. The version I have has the app implemented into the ROM and I cannot find it.

Does Astro require root for extracting apk's?

Nope, it is a free app. You just go hit menu, tools, back up apps. It stores them on the SD card in a "backup" folder.

Works perfect.

Apps that work by copying the apk from your phone:

Launcher Pro and Launcher Pro Plus
Fancy Widgets
Simi Clock
Words with Friends (works flawlessly but sideways)

How did you get BTP to work? Mine kept force closing before the terminal was launched.

Have to download the paid version from the market. I figured it was a good buy, I tried a bunch of other versions prior to paying for it, none of which worked.

It only FC's after closing the app when you are done, not a big deal.

There are reports elsewhere that Plex will work properly if you are connected over WiFi, but that video will not stream if the GTV is connected via Ethernet. How is your GTV set up?

N64oid Works..but force closes when trying to open up a ROM..Maybe we can work on this. Haven't tried any other emulators yet but I'm gonna try.
