If anyone has answers as to whether or not this can be done, I'd very much appreciate it.

1) Turn on LG47G2 TV and force it to always start up and go to a specific webpage?
2) Keep it from shutting off/power save?
3) Remotely manage it?

For question #1 hit the "home" button on the remote, then hit the "Menu" button and choose "Home and All Apps settings" then choose "Startu application", then scroll down and choose Google Chrome. Then after that just go to the settings in Chrome and change the homepage.

For question #2, go into the System settings and there should be an option to disable powersaver.

As for the last question, I'm not sure if it can be done
