Always startup and go to webpage?

If anyone has answers as to whether or not this can be done, I'd very much appreciate it.
1) Turn on LG47G2 TV and force it to always start up and go to a specific webpage?
2) Keep it from shutting off/power save?
3) Remotely manage it?
