HELP

just got the GTV100 and downloaded the primepwn and installed it to fat32 usb like described. when plugged in and rebooted device i get netgear logo and then its blank. do not see anything loading. i left it in for awhile and still nothing. i tried removing usb and reboot and now still get logo then black screen. ive tried restore and still no success. any suggestions?
