any video on root hisense pulse

just wondering is anyone gonna post a video or better instructions to root hisense pulse for us noobs
i have hacked plenty of ps3 and xbox 360 but this is totalley different i am waiting to explore my pulse before i update it
but would rather root it then update
what are the advanteges on rooting
i have rooted tablets before
but what is it good for on the hisense
there are certain apps i cant download from playstore by rooting it does it allow me to download these apps from different sources or is this
device just not compatible with the apps i am downloading
my main goal is to install xbmc but cant on my hisense i installed it on every other device but this one xbox,android and pc but would like to install it on my hisense

Better instructions? It's pretty simple already. Just do what it says.

i am doin everything on instructions but adb keeps cutting out it connects then it cuts out at 3057
