App to watch TV

Is there any app to watch TV?

I found a few ones but they are only links to webpages and I would like to watch spanish channels directly in the app. Right now if you open chrome and go to a place to watch tv when you try to open other app... chrome stops playing

I think that logitech made it where you cannot run apps over apps, to prevent from low resources.
