Do what Discovered said, One of the members of the IRC room mentioned that he had to apply the recovery twice as the box reverted it back fairly soon afterwards.[/quote]
How do you revert back to a working recovery? Link/basic info would be appreciated. I am currently bricked w/ an exclamation point and Alt + L/ Fn + Left arrow do not work (obviously).

Re: Logitech Revue 3.1 Official Release
Is anyone testing flashing the update from the first 3.1 leaked beta or can it be presumed to work because flashing from the user-debug build did?

Re: Logitech Revue 3.1 Official Release
If you are running the leaked 3.1 (not user debug) have no fear. Flash away. I bricked my 2.1 stock revue this morning but I just flashed the official 3.1 on my other revue with the leaked 3.1 and it was easy and perfect.
1. download update
2. rename "update"
3. copy to clean fat32 usb flash drive
4. unplug revue power cord
5. insert flash drive
6. plug in revue power cord
7. press and hold pairing button on back of revue until you see googletv logo with downward arrow
8. alt+L on the revue keyboard
9. when blue recovery menu appears, select "apply update.zip from sd card"
10. select "update"
11. when it finishes, select "reboot system now"

Re: Logitech Revue 3.1 Official Release
May I recommend never pulling the power on the revue unless required. If you need to reboot the device use CTRL+ALT+DEL, or just hold the pair button until it reboots. Re: Logitech Revue 3.1 Official Release
I'm getting lost on what Ver. is what and whether I need to use ADB....? When I check my Ver. info it shows:
Firmware version: 3.1
Build number: ka-userdebug 3.1 KA2X-20110901.113032 userdebug-
b58801 test-keys
If someone could let me know if they think it's safe to load the update I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

You are on userdebug so you are safe to load the update.69dart wrote:I'm getting lost on what Ver. is what and whether I need to use ADB....? When I check my Ver. info it shows:
