So, I used the prmpwn to root my device before I ever really tried it out, so I can't say whether the box was working correctly before I did that. My problem is that, when trying to view Netflix and Youtube videos, there is a black box covering most of the screen. It appears to be the same size as the default screen size - you know, before you calibrate your screen size during setup. It doesn't do this with Crackle or any internet videos. Anyone else ever have the same issue? Any suggestions?

Well, nevermind.... LOL. In case anyone has the same problem, one or both of these solves the problem: recalibrate the screen and/or unplug and plug the system back in.
