Ok, Gotcha. It seems that no such thing exists as of yet. Yes the developers have done a great job with the device, but not such a great job bringing the fruits of their labor to the masses. Bump it up if you would like to see and Idiots Guide to Root that assumes that we know nothing. The more super users who learn what they are doing, the further the development goes. Right? Big Thanks to everyone who has helped in the development and no disrespect intended. And while I am at it. Can someone explain the main benefits of rooting beyond Hulu??

Sorry about jumping into your post, but thought this might be the right place to ask. I own a Revue, and due to reading how easily the Pulse could be rooted I purchased a Pulse. Now I would like to root the Pulse, but being a newbie to this don't know where to start. I have read the different posts but get lost in the different terms being used. Is there anyone that could either post a simple step by step, of how to root the Pulse, or simple video would be great. I appreciate any and all help you can provide.
