can somebody pull there netflix app from the co star so once I do learn how to connect to it threw adb i can try to side load it to the co star?

Here in lies the issue - that isn't the netflix app, or at least - not the full version.

GTV is a bit different, netflix (among other places) lives in /system/netflix, it's full of it's own libraries, crypto, applications, etc. The APK is simply a "link" to a launcher that starts it up via a DirectFB layer.
