hi guys newbie here could i get a lil help?

got a sony nsz gs7 connected with impactor and when imputing the 1st cmd i get link failed file exists i take it i would need to downgrade the firmware somewhat but am absolllutely clueless how to could any of you kind souls give me a helping hand or point in right direction
