after a year of basic use,my device collapsed today. although I can access the reset menu ,as soon as it starts , it goes back to The sony logo and that is all i get.
i tried restoring the factory setup, but the device remains unresponsive.

Mine also crashed in the same manner
Now
When you turn it on it just shows Sony for a second and then NADA
I have not idea what else can I try
