Hi,

I try to root my box with this method http://www.gtvhacker.com/index.php/Expl ... g_for_Root

but i have a problem to busybox that return a error when i do "/data/local/tmp/busybox telnetd -p 8899 -l sh" in cydia impactor. i notice that i must to copy busybox in /data/local/tmp, that i do, but i'm not sure for giving permission to busybox.

When in shell, i made a "chmod 775 /data/local/tmp/busybox" there is no error message but when i cd to /data/local/tmp and try to do a chmod 775 busybox, it returns a message that i'm not allowed to change permission!

So 2 question:

which version of busybox do you use? in one version of busybox i have this message "segmentation fault"
and a "chmod 775 /data/local/tmp/busybox" give effectively good permission?

ok i don'y know why but when i try today it's ok i'm temp root
