how to watch live tv (Macedonia) on SONY NSZ-GS7?!!

Reason for buying SONY NSZ-GS7 are free channels that I have chance to watch on my Android Tablet (ASUS Nexus 7) but... SONY NSZ-GS7 and Google TV are giving me only shallow version of Android app. Is there any chance that I can have a full Android app on my SONY NSZ-GS7 or how can I watch live TV (Macedonian channels) on it?
