Yes, immediately after flashing the US version on my german EU device Netflix was available. Of course you also need a VPN connection for it to work.

Hopefully someone who is not already running the latest US version is reading this and kind enough to grab the link with aLogcat immediately after being notified about an available update.
My plan is to boot into recovery, flash with the US REL03 FW, and then update to US REL04. Before I do this I'll make sure alogcat is installed so hopefully I'll be able to grab the URL.
