Check the wiki people!! Had SU love all morning now thanks to the usual suspects! Zenofex, Resno, and all the admins! Best GTV forum on the planet!

Did you manage to get the stock exploitable update on your machine so you could start over with the root exploit ?

Thats where i am at. Will i need to do something special to get that to install?

Edit: I just installed 2012012601, i will remake usb stick and retry.

So you after the update you were able to flash back to the older build and root from there? :)

Have tried several different root explorer type file mgrs, and while they say they are acquiring root I cannot mod folders there... anyone have an idea on this one? I can still adb, but... :\ any1 else seeing this?

Antek file mgr actually says "Don't have enough permission to do that action" lol

I tried Titanium Backup and SetCPU real quick before I had to leave for work -- I allowed SU and then they force closed. I'm gonna try some more Root Apps tonight.

Ti bkup works for me... version 3.6.8.
setcpu worked for me too, but our cpu wasn't in the list, & i'm not fkn w/ those dragons ;)
