Wish I could have been there! Glad to hear about the new exploits too! :D

Thanks for the update. I second the suggestion that you share your experience -- should be fascinating. But only after getting the exploits out the door before Logitech has time to patch them!

Its a good thing logitech isnt update happy like the Sony box or else they would have patched this already. I'm still waiting on the videos of the demo to get done uploading from last night. And the Sony release.

Have you checked this video out? There is no sound, but it's worth watching.

Always good to see development. I'm more worried about the box I've had for months and months over the tv I'm never going to get though.

I've got adb on my Mac going with a copy of superuser x86. I'm ready to root this thing. I've been ready to root it. I've waited mad long already so what's another few days, right? There is a lot that slideshow. Pretty much the whole exploit explained. Maybe should have kept a lid on it til they were ready to release.

I'm just worried it'll get patched before we get a chance to do anything to it.

After we rooted our device, we really need a patch to disable auto-update.
That's a really bad feature for hacked devices :P

That was implemented on the last root but unrooting didn't reverse it and also left the splash screen. This root will hopefully leave a Path open to return to stock and unbreak the update process.
