Hopefully this update won't break the root exploit. If it does, would the exploit be released sooner? My only use for root on my Revue, for now, is fixing the /system misigned apps I have because of the 1st HC update that had misigned apps. But it would be nice to have the option of rooting.

If they would re-enable MPEG-2 video decode, I would consider this update a success. Otherwise, it'll just be another failed update.

754am in jersey. No sign of update. Factory reset didn't force update. I really hope this update doesn't stall the root exploit. The better half of me is telling me I should disconnect from the web.

12:53PM central time. Still no update. Could being on the broken 3.1 update be an issue?

The claimed Logitech statement probably means the rollout begins at the end of this week. Androidcentral seems to be the only ones who claim having seen an upgrade and everybody else "retweets" what they said. They probably posted a "Hindenburg report" ahead of time based on the update info details they picked up from the Logitech forum.

"Hindenburg report" is a term that comes from that historical Hindenburg zeppelin disaster where as the legend goes a journalist who was supposed to attend the landing but decided to secretly go on some vacation sent in a fake report to his employer stating how the sun was shining when the ship landed and an orchestra played. Only to later find out it did not go as he had predicted.
