Perform Factory reset to get 3.1 update right now

As read on a previous message. Resetting to factory will force the download of 3.1

When i did my third factory reset, i didn't get a message saying there was an update, i looked in the notifications and saw something downloading.
Thats how i found the update....

try letting the box rest a few hours. heard that could do it.
