Looks like Nov 8 is the only real date out there. Its not confirmed but looking at that story makes it seem the most likely date.

Android Central just reported that new Logitech Revue boxes are arriving at big box retailers stating that they are "new and improved" with Android 3.1 and Android Market. So I am thinking any day now!

There was an update to that story.

These boxes are just the regular boxes you have now and DO NOT have the 3.1 android update on them. These boxes are not suppose to be released onto store floors until the update is officially released for everyone.
If a store is selling these boxes (it is just an added sticker on the box. Nothing else is different) they have released these boxes prematurally.

Classic case of cart before the horse. I can only hope that the horse is at least near the cart.

Anyone figure how to manually get into recovery to flash.

I know its likely that it will be OTA when the official release comes out,
but lets just say if you were running a leaked and what not...
just saying... lol

I just received my email,

Hello,

Thank you for having purchased a Google TV product with the initial version of our software.

We’re excited to send you this advance notice about a number of software improvements that will soon be coming to your device through an automatic update. The update is rolling out over the next few weeks.

When you see a dialogue box on your TV saying “update available,” feel free to click “update now,” otherwise you can postpone the update by a few hours by clicking “not now” (handy if you’re in the middle of watching a movie). Once the update has downloaded, just follow the on-screen instructions.
