Help updating from 3.1 beta

Hey guys, I have the 3.1 update from a while back and would like to try the official 3.1.0 update. Anyone know how I can achieve this? I couldnt find it anywhere in the forum. Thanks ahead of time.

The update should be pushed to you if not, you might have to install the un-neutered recovery via adb, restart in recovery and the update will install, do a reset and enjoy.

Do you have a copy of the un-neutered recovery? The old link doesn't work anymore....
