DHCP server running on Revue???

Recently my devices at the house are picking up a different DHCP ip address - on a totally different subnet, and the search domain is set to GoogleTV. Could this be from the Revue? Currently the revue has the userdebug 3.1 and I recently set up recovery - it seems to have started after I set up recovery.

Is the revue hardwired and is the IP Addy's starting with 172, versus the 192? I know you can use the revue as a network bridge for the dish receivers, but not sure if it would do this any other time. If it does meet those 2 specs, then yes the revue is broadcasting. I would make sure it's not hardwired and wifi in that case because that would definitely cause some confusion.
