Unable to flash new leak

Post by DcMasta »

Followed steps to a T. still unable to flash it.
I'm running the 3.1 beta, trying to upgrade to the leak.
I get to recovery, go to select update.zip from SDCard.

Code: Select all

E:Failed to mount /SDCARD (No such file or directory exists)
I've tried 2 flash drives, left and right usb port. I let i t boot up and sync the flash drive then tried left and right. Nothing......

Any Ideas? Tried the same drive that I used to flash the initial leak.

Go to the Gtv drop box account and try the file that is in there, other people have used it after having issues and it worked for them.

I will try that tonight when I get home and share my results.
Can someone verify which port the flash drive should be plugged into?

Make sure your flash drive is formatted fat32. If your on a windows box, they like to format drives NTFS at times!

Well son of a [female dog], nothing worked at all. Then I formatted the drive via the http://download.cnet.com/HP-USB-Disk-St ... 74082.html HP USB format tool. I didn't even have to rename the file.
