Random (frequent) rebooting and loses keyboard

I applied the first Honeycomb ROM and had the same issues. Installed the more recent one and it seemed to help. Or at least seemed to keep it from rebooting constantly. Its been a couple of weeks and now its happening ALOT! I can't pinpoint it to a certain time frame but having to unplug it for the keyboard to work as well as the constant rebooting makes me want to throw it out a window. Anybody had this issue? Or have any suggestions?
