Googletv Root help

I just bought a google tv bluray player. I want to root it but am not the best with dos. I do not understand these steps.

3. Navigate to the directory that the files in this archive are placed. (A small tutorial can be found at Tutorial)

5. Navigate into the Tools/ directory.

Any help or direct me to the right place? when the command prompt says c:\> what do i type to find the archives? I did type dir but dont't know if that's right. I didn't get to step 5 obviously but is this directory on the usb or computer?

Use Win32Imager, its pretty self explanatory.
Flash the USB1.img to your flash drive using the program and repeat
