New Logitech Revue stuck in booting loop after 3.1 update
I need help...I have never been able to get stock 2.1 or this 3.1 to work...in both cases I am stuck in a rebooting loop. On stock build I get to step 5 where it is looking for updates and the box reboots without never finishing the download. I also tried to manually apply the last ova update b54202 without any luck before trying this...I see red logo and sometimes I get the setup menu but soon as I click on anything it reboots. Who can help me out of this mess?

I've had a similar problem - but always been able to come out of it - so far. Kind of affraid to turn it off now. Today, serveral times I turned the Revue on and held the connect button for varying lengths of time. Eventually, rather than going into recovery, it booted up. For now, I'm just going to leave it on.
Re: New Logitech Revue stuck in booting loop after 3.1 updat
I installed my Revue with HC3.1 and happily with interface & capable to install apps. But, you cannot shutdown by pulled-out power cable, it will stay at Logitech boot logo after that. I experience 2 times already.
What I do, let Revue stay at boot logitech logo as long as 5 minutes (or more), then push connect button until restart. After Logitech logo appear, just use ALT+L. Done.
So, next time to shutdown is ALT+CTL+DEL(restart), pull-out power cable.

Nope...still not working...Who can tell me how to wipe this thing so I can return it...I would rather not return with the red logo flashing...Thanks.

I think I have flashed android phones a dozen times and if you get signature errors your update.zip maybe has CRC errors in it. maybe you try to download it again...fthomas423 wrote:I get signature errors on re-flashing...Any other advice?
