Hello GTVHacker Community!
Looks like one of our member's Revues finally got the update, here's the link to download the .zip
[Google Link] ... elapks.zip
If you are on the UserDebug build you will need to check out the following post with instructions on how to update.

DANGER!
**PRIOR TO INSTALLING THE NEW OTA YOU MUST INSTALL THE BUILD IN THE FOLLOWING LINK (OR YOU MUST ALREADY BE ON A 3.1 BUILD)**
http://forum.gtvhacker.com/revue/topic15.html
Otherwise the process just involves:
1.) Make sure you are already on a 3.1 build (If you are on a 2.1 build flash 55579 first!).
2.) Put the update on a fat32 formatted thumb drive
3.) Make sure the update is named update.zip
4.) Access the recovery mode on the Revue by holding the pair button on the back of the Revue until the recovery logo is shown (look for a splash screen with a down arrow)
5.) When you see the recovery logo press the appropriate key combo to display the "recovery menu". (Alt+L or FN+left arrow)
6.) Choose the "Update from USB" option in the recovery menu
7.) Enjoy 3.1
Some things to note:
If you are on a UserDebug build or a Hardware rooted 2.1 you may want to consider not installing this update as when you do you will lose root and access to the content bypass (which requires root). Otherwise if you do not mind, enjoy the official release of 3.1 for the Logitech Revue
If you happen to have bricked your box by installing this build before 55579 and are currently in a boot loop (yellow triangle and with exclamation in the center). Please PM me, I'm offering to fix these specific boot loops for free (other than the cost of shipping to me and back).
Instructions on how to fix the triangle with exclamtion point brick that occurs from going from 2.1->the official 3.1 without having gone to b55579 can be found at:
http://forum.gtvhacker.com/post3148.html
Update:
Update .zip has changed a bit, updated versions of a few apps with same build number. Old update still available at:
[Google Link] ... b61925.zip
Thanks,
Zenofex
