I'm running the Honeycomb 3.1 UserDebug and my Harmony 890 remote functionality is hit or miss (mostly miss). I find that only after some time has elapsed (1 hour or so?) my Harmony starts to work? It has never worked immediately after a reboot. Seems the service isn't starting until much, much late...
