Re: My revue can not reboot
Nope, plug in, wait exactly one second (count it out, one Mississippi) - then hold the button until the box reboots you will see the Revue logo, then it will disappear, then come back - then you let go of the button

Re: Question about recovery mode
Hi, do we have total access to the 1GB NAND from the recovery mode? Which part is blocked? Why isn't it possible to replace the "normal" kernel by the recovery kernel? I mean the recovery kernel is able to load modules as far as I now. Can't we write the "normal" kernel directly...

Re: Do I root or wait for 3.1
the hardware is no problem. i just don't understand the how to install the software. thanks I suggest reading the full root guide, it's pretty simple. After soldering, connect to a serial port, open up a connection to it (putty, minicom, hyperterminal, etc). Copy the files to a USB stick, put into ...

Re: Honeycomb 3.1
Yeah - as it was said, Sony devices do support an update on USB, you can boot to recovery mode (it's in the wiki) and install it that way. Of course, hoping someone will leak a 3.1 update is what's needed. But, from what we have heard, it should be on-par with the logitech release, within a few week...

Re: revue display resolution
Hi Guido, the hardware specifications on the Logitech site say "HDMI output: 1080p/60fps, 1.3a w/ CEC", so the hardware is 1080p capable. My MKVs @1080p played flawless, no lags, no long buffering or something... Raoul thanks for the reply, but I knew that Revue is 1080p capable, my quest...

Re: Discuss HC 3.1 after installed/ Bug report
I don't know if this is a 3.1 problem only since I flashed my device as soon as it got here. The masking that you run in the setup where you expand the black to cover the blue seems to change all the time. I will set it up and then go back to the page and it will have shifted - this of course cause...

Re: Booting off USB drive
Well, I that's disappointing. What does the validation of the bootloader? Is that a function of the Atom processor? I saw that the CE4150 had some sort of security capabilities built in. I just picked up my Revue and I'm looking for was we can get around the locks in place. I'll keep looking. It se...

Re: Revue keyboard
Of note - apparently you can order them thru logitech for around $10 or so. Not sure if they still have them, but that's not too bad of a price considering.
