So I'm a noob - and I rooted and installed the 3.1 original BETA release. This week I apparently got the OTA official release, and now I have no access to the Market, Chrome, etc.

I'm not exactly sure, in layman's terms, what I need to do to fix this issue. Can someone help out a noob that probably ...

- I have rooted and installed, booted to first leak of 3.1 just fine

However,

- This new link (w/Netflix, etc) looks like it is working, but is not
- I install the new leak with the same process before (using ALT+L ...
