/system on Android is always RO. User installed apps and updates to /system apps should got to /data/app. I'm guessing the users who manually updated through the leaks and what-not (I'm one of those) have different signing keys than the actual pushed out OTA, preventing the /system apps to be update...

Anyone getting the new market "Google Play update unsuccessful" message.

Google changed Market to Google Play and my Revue keeps telling me there is an update but fails on it every time. Rebooted, cleared cache/data and force stopped.......nothing.

What time are you attempting this? At night? I had the same issue and someone pointed out that the registration servers/services are disabled at night. Try in the morning/mid-day/afternoon and see if you can set your TV, Receiver, Box. I was frustrated trying over and over to set mine but I was alwa...
