I'm looking at doing this to acquire root after my devices updated. Does this work?

Mine updated, but I wasn't home. Can't seem to find the temp ZIP file either.

It was announced that the GTV3 update would roll out 4/1-4/5. I haven't gotten it, no tricks work. Anyone get it, perhaps with a URL or the ZIP?

So while rooting my device I noticed something odd. The build number, for shipped devices(according to gtvhacker) is: MASTER.user.hisense.20121122.124750 (BOX_2.22a.C0920_E_release) But my device came with: MASTER.user.hisense.20121119.185826 (BOX_2.22a.C0920_E_release) I was able to root, but also ...
