is it possible to connect the Sony NSZ-GS7 to a Mac in any meaningful way? it does have USB ports but only for external devices? can you ssh / webadmin the box?

is it possible to connect the Sony NSZ-GS7 to a DVI monitor? after the Sony logo appears all we see is black. probably due to DRM protection as mentioned in the manual. is there a fix for this with or without rooting the device?
