Unfortunately Vizio's return policy says it has to be unused condition and a minimum of 10% re-stock fee will apply anyway. I just got my VAP430 before the weekend. I've installed System Tuner (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ccc71.pmw) on it.

Then at CPU I saw that only 1 core is being used. Another core is offline.

Does anyone else see the samething?
