Re: Update firmware after root

when i try to do firmware upgrade it gets to 100% then says verifying and then says download failed. I'd assume that it's corrupted if it failed. Grab a file manager, clear it out of cache, and try to download it again. If it still fails, try running the following code, which reverts back to allowi...

Re: Using USB port on GTV100

Have you tried another app, like BubbleUPNP? I know with it, aVia had issues seeing some of my stuff, and I just used that, and let it do the work, at least for my Media server.

Re: Say Hello to the Netgear NeoTV Prime and “PrimePwn”

Re: root #2

Looking at it, I'm not sure as far as the file goes and being signed, but I think we could do it, if it's not for the signature. Push the file, run the root, then flash the file. Let's see if Zenofex can comment on this though, so we don't brick them though.

Re: root #2

What I want to know is, can we un-neuter the recovery, at least leaving us an open upgrade path if we do anything to stop it.

Re: root #2

I just did it. It's a cake walk if you follow the video. It took me nearly 5 minutes tops, which is because I watched the video, then followed it as it played again. Now if only we can figure out how to get su to stay and have a permanent root.
