I just got 3.2 on one of my two Revue's here is California. No user visible changes, and the youtube app already crashed once. I haven't checked to see if MPEG2 decode support was re-added yet; however, I don't have high hopes.

Correct. The Revue used to be able to play MPEG-2. This functionality was disabled by Logitech in the final Honeycomb release. I guess they dropped it because they didnt want to pay the license fee or something, since they are discontinuing the Revue. In my opinion, that's a terrible thing for Logit...

There is a feature request for this issue over on Google Code. Please, everybody star this issue , as it would allow developers such as me to bring many of our Android apps to Google TV by having the NDK available for developers. No. No NDK support for Google TV. Maybe if we make enough noise, Google will be compelled to add support.

If that's true, 50% of our devices should be updated by today (June 6).
