I didn't know there was restriction on PM for new users. Best is always to participate actively in the forums by sharing some knowledge, experience and things you have learned that might benefit others on this site. It really doesn't take much and you'll make new forum friends. Its a shame that there are a lot of people you only register to take advantage of kind offer such as made by Killer with many just leeching without even registering. The more people that participate the greater the knowledge base.

Edit: Ok found the new features. They added ability to purchase Magazines and Movies and also ability update apps (parts that only changed rather than the whole app). I think that's the jist of it.

Also to install this, does one have to uninstall the current version first?

You don't have to uninstall the current version, it will ask your permission to replace the current version.....
