Very few problems for me so far...

I've sideloaded dropbox, and I'm using it to sideload other apps that aren't showing up on the Market.
Found a few file managers that work really well.

I'd love to know exactly how you're sideloading (step by step). With a good file explorer I could sideload, but I haven't found one yet that works.

I first uploaded the Dropbox apk to dropbox, then opened the dropbox website from the Revue and downloaded the app and it tried to install. I had to had to enable unknown sources, also. Once installed, I used dropbox to download and install estrongs. I also found IO File Manager on the market...

Can you take pre-installed apk's off the GTV and push it back through Dropbox?

I'm pretty sure you can do it with estrongs.
Estrongs will also let you browse your local network...

I have just noticed that if i browse tv shows while i am in my home screen,and then i click on a show i want to watch, then i have no sound on my tv. But if i hit the TV button on my keyboard,the sound works fine, any ideas.........................

OK I have done the update and can't get through the setup and I have flash it a second time still same issue any help will be great.

Where does it get to before it stops working? What step on the screen?

11 of 11 and got to update controller then says network is unavailable.
